2025 Bandit Industries Whole Tree Chippers Track 3090

Bandit’s Model 3090 track is a 23-inch capacity whole tree chipper capable of chipping large whole trees, tops, and logging slash. It features Bandit’s unique Slide Box Feed System and with a Caterpillar 755 or 800 horsepower engine this machine can easily tackle big right-of-way jobs with ease. A Caterpillar 320L steel track undercarriage is standard and all chipper and track functions are controlled with a user-friendly radio remote with tether back-up. A forestry style stationary discharge chute is standard on the 3090 track.The powerful feed system on the 3090 is capable of generating approximately 14,786 pounds of total pulling power easily pulling in whole trees making the unit easier to feed and more productive. The direct down pressure provided by the standard hydraulic lift cylinder generates 7,100 pounds of down pressure to easily crush material into the chipper. These combinations allow the 3090 to easily process a wide array of trees with unmatched pulling and compressing power.

• (1) 30" diameter x 36" wide top feed wheel driven by a single Poclain MSE18 hydraulic motor

• (1) 10 5/8" diameter x 36" wide bottom feed wheel driven by (1) 24.7 CID hydraulic motor / gearbox

• Standard 7 1/2' infeed conveyor

• Forestry style discharge with hydraulic side to side / up or down end deflector

• Standard Caterpillar 320L steel track undercarriage (double or grouser track pads)
